Heinrich Rudolf Hertz (Heinrich Rudolf Hertz) (Hamburg, 1857 - Bonn, 1894) is a German physicist, his experiments proved the existence of radio waves and their characteristics similar to that between the characteristics of light waves. It was great credit for his experiments in wireless telegraph invention.
Heinrich was born in Hamburg, Germany, on February 22, 1857 to Gustav and Anna Hertz Hertz. He studied at the University of Hamburg and learning science along with Arabic and Sanskrit. He received his doctorate in 1880 and became a lecturer in theoretical physics University of Kiel. In 1885 became a professor at the University of Karlsruhe.
Months of his words: "I do not think that the waves detected by the wireless will have any practical application", and of course it was wrong to expect this.
He died at the age of thirty-poisoning in the blood in Bonn.
Called the international unit for measuring frequency to Hz ratio. Also called the crater on the moon in honor of him as Hz.
